Staff members were very friendly and helpful

I found a parking spot under a tree to stay out of the hot afternoon sun.

The room was terrible. No place to sit except kitchen type chairs. If I didn't want them in to clean at 8:30 am, they didn't want to come at all. The last 2 days they did not make any attempt to clean. Coffee maker was old and useless. Electricity wasn't constant. Especially if you used the microwave. The door to the outside was left ajar the whole time. Not very safe for people staying there. Especially if you were alone. 1 person was friendly, the other people acted like they were doing you a favor. If I hadn't prepaid, I would have left.

It was ok.

False advertisement about room. Said it has 2 queens and a sofa. Instead, it a had big bed and a sofa. Was not accommodating for the people we had staying in room.

No Breakfast, bed was comfortably, pillows way to soft,

Front staff was rude and looked like the majority of the cleaning crew were addicts.

bad smell in the room. I complain with the staff she told us just smell of the food.

Location was convenient to where our destination was.

Rooms were not cleaned properly, the inside of drawers were dirty. Base boards looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years. Shower curtain did not fit properly so water got on floor. The jacuzzi had mold inside on the edge of walls. Towels that were delivered smelled like cigarettes.

Bed bugs and dirty. Found 15 bed bugs in our room. Contacted front desk and they admitted to knowing about the issue
