Pool and hot tub

someone above in another room, kept throwing a volleyball against the wall from midnight until four in the morning. I got no sleep. My daughter got no sleep. She had a volleyball tournament. That’s why we stayed. Management didn’t even care when we and another guest complained the next morning didn’t even reach out to refund or compensate in anyway.

"Clean, friendly front desk person, great location for us."

I am elderly and have bad knees so was disappointed we were on 2nd floor and I had a hard and painful time going up and down. We did not know there was no elevator. Next time we'll ask for first floor. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Being on first floor so I would not have stairs to climb

No one was ever at the front desk. Tub was very slippery. Had to ask for coffee for coffee maker. Had to ask for a blow dryer. Instant coffee in front lobby. Very low toilet with very high water level. Weird.. Never had to be careful with wiping before so your hand wouldn't hit the toilet bowl water. Yuck! Very old look & feel....
