Super 8 by Wyndham Buena Vista

The pool looked nice but we did not swim this trip.

The room was not very clean- there was blood on the window shade and on the wall. The sink drain did not drain and the room had a smell to it. The breakfast was lack-luster and had minimal items. Community tub of peanut butter that is disgusting. There was a shooting at the property on new years eve.

The pool and hot tub were very nice to have. The breakfast was good.

The best part about it was when we got there we really did like the jacuzzi and the pool but that's about it

Well they started out by wanting us to change rooms the day we were had to check out and we were checking out at 11:00 they wanted us to change rooms at 9:00 to do construction in the room there was construction going around all of us when we heard was now in and saws and then I'll refrigerator broke down and we all of our food was spoiled we lost about $100 worth of food we didn't know the refrigerator broke that night my wife got up in the morning and drank some really bad milk ended up in the hospital with with food poisoning while she was puking and going to the bathroom all over herself defecating with diarrhea all the manager did when we tried to explain it to him what happened and we may be out a little late because she was sick is threatened to call the police he threatened us he mocked her he laughed at her and cursed us out made us told us if we didn't leave by 11:00 that he was calling the cops and we got no money back we didn't get any compensation we got nothing except humiliation and then lo and behold we found out that he sent one of his employees into our room where we were in the bathroom my wife is throwing up in the bathroom and I was taking care of her he sent one of his guys in our room if they snuck into the room actually they broke into a room and unplug the refrigerator so he can say that we did it horrible experience horrible staff horrible management and as well as the staff everybody was rude everybody was just had a horrible horrible attitude and they embarrassed us and will never go back to any of the change again my wife was embarrassed I was embarrassed and I think something should be done from it for it we wound up staying two nights we didn't stay the third night and the third night he said he would compensate Us by charging us 20% less for the room but the room still came out to be $50 more than what we paid to two nights disgusting disgusting and something should be done I think I think I need to speak to...
