Friendly staff and comfortable room

We have stayed here every year for the past 6 years.. Most people might not look at this hotel and be impressed, but over the years I've seen just how much work, maintenance, and remodeling has gone into this property.. Every year something new is upgraded.. My kids and I are excited that the pool was open this time around, as last year it was being remodeled.. We will miss the kiddie pool area, but the new spacious patio is beautiful.. My kids love the courtyard where they can run around and play catch, and hunt for lizards.. The beds are comfortable, the shower is hot, and there is A LOT of parking available..

The company that tends to stay here is not always the most favorable.. However I think that is expected with Budget hotels just because they do tend to be on the cheaper side.. Ive never been made to feel unsafe on the property, but sometimes people can get a bit rowdy..

Good fairy clean room needs some repairs.

The sausage wrapped with pandcake, please go back to having walfulls.

Slept OK but we would not return.....property needs major refreshing. The best thing it has going for it is location/access to I-75 and, maybe, a competitive room rate.
