"Excellent"

The gentleman behind the desk was pleasant and courteous; the room was clean. Didn't care for dispenser of Dial soap (and shampoo) in bathroom but kind've understand it. Breakfast "okay". Waffle tasted a bit "off".

The room had bugs on the carpeting and bathroom sink. Towels were very thin and had spots on them. Wash cloths felt like sandpaper. Breakfast milk was on verge of sour. $77.69 was expensive for what we got. Wish we had stopped in a rest area for a couple hours and saved the money as I didn't sleep well with knowing bugs were in the room.

"GREAT Price, Firm Comfortable Mattress, no bedbugs, free breakfast, 2nd stay for 6 nights"

This is my second stay at Americas Best Value Inn in Wenona. K.P. answered all my questions over the phone when placing my reservation. Both visits, this July for 6 nights and last November for 2 nights were consistently GREAT for service and price if you want basic simple accommodations. If you want "extra bells and whistles" check with K.P. first, if he cant, then go to a fancy hotel. Both of my stays were in different rooms, both beds mattresses were firm and comfortable. We thoroughly examined all our mattresses and found no bedbugs. The building was quiet for rest both day and night. The bathrooms were clean and the shower water was hot and never getting cold, no matter when showers were taken. Our beds were made daily without asking. Breakfast selection is complete for the early risers at 6 AM with hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, a waffle machine, toaster, cereal, milk, coffee, danishes. This free breakfast extends till 9 AM. Check-in and check-outs were easy, quick and honest. K. P., his son, and Americas Best Value Inn in Wenona ROCKS for price and service giving them the highest recommendation for lodging in this area.
