Super 8 by Wyndham Hebron Lowell Area

It was quiet and easy to get to.everthing was really clean.the only thing was your vending was not great, everything sold out!we had a good time at this place

Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful! Our rooms were done only ones during our stay. We always have to request for extra towels.

Room was ok.

Upon arrival having made a reservation and confirmed my reservation 24 hours prior, I was told there was an issue they had no two bed, rooms, mt adult son and I had to share a king size bed or I could go to Comfort Suites and see if they had vacancies. I prepaid a non-refundable payment for this room, that I confirmed was available 24 hours in advance. We made the best of it. Once we arrived in the room the room was filthy dirty carpet was fraying the bathroom floors were awful, dirt in the bathtub. When asked at front desk, the lady was trying to be a little bit on the rude side but then seem to be better after talking to her. The only recommendation I could give this Super 8 location is to be bulldozed to the ground and rebuilt by New Management. I will never book this hotel again.

First of all the staff was very nice and understanding, however the room and smell was absolutely disgusting. There wasn't a wall that did not have a hole patch on the air conditioning register was full of dead bugs and cob webs and before i even put my suitcase down i had to kill a roach. Beside the counter staff there is nothing redeeming about this place. The bathroom dirty no towels just disgusting. Never recommend this place.

Slept alright.

The Environmental control device had a broken vent that lay on the floor, there were many cigarette butts all over the property, breakfast was limited to toast and cereal and was scanty, there was no plug for the bathroom sink. Not the worst stay and it was only for one night, but could have been better.

The staff was amazing. So friendly helped accommodate my mom whom couldn’t do the stairs and i forgot to put in for handicap when i made the reservation. They were understaffed but still stepped up and did an amazing job they deserve 10 stars not 5. Great customer service guys.

my room was not clean ac have lot of dust and bathroom door was complete broken and was hard to close carpet dirty for $100 night not a good hotel breakfast only coffee white bread and cheap butter and jam no eggs no buns so i never go back to this hotel

Dog was barking constantly for about 30 minutes. No coffee available at 7:30. There were 2 carafes but they were both empty. No one at the desk to ask for refills. Breakfast room had 2 slices of white bread and a juice machine. I do not know if it worked. I will not stay here again!
