"Convenient and inexpensive, but…."

Easy access to/from I-5 and downtown. Spacious and clean room. Mostly quiet. Refrigerator w. freezer and microwave useful.

Needs an upgrade: sofa hard as a board, bathroom door wouldn’t close entirely, only 1 sink. Small bfast room and limited options. Motel is showing its age.

"Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient"

Booked this hotel for a quick one night stay on a road trip from WA to CA. Priority was location and really only wanted something that was clean and comfortable. This hotel provides both those things. Not a lot of bells and whistles and the facility was dated but if you want a comfortable bed in a clean room, this serves that purpose.

Air conditioner was loud when turning on/off but other than that, the room the quiet.
