SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Kearney

Comfortable bed and room. Good water pressure and temperature. Quiet. Did not hear noise from neighboring rooms. Close to grocery store, restaurants and interstate.

Speaking thru small hole in plastic divider to reception desk which compromised volume. Disliked having to accept a long list of conditions that had to be read on a tiny screen that didn’t scroll well. I have no idea what I actually had to agree to before being allowed to stay. I couldn’t cancel reservation as I had reserved online hours earlier and my prepayment was non-refundable. Having to pay a damage deposit that I have no way of challenging should hotel refuse to refund once hotel gets around to checking my room. Checkin was not convenient and took way too long. No pillow firmness choice as both were very firm. Small shower supply bottles are not enough for 2 people. Continental breakfast was passed over by several departing guests. We ate there but from the road, we picked up more to eat.

Bed was very comfortable.

Horrible customer service! Lazy employees! Have a kiosk and can’t understand anyone’s broken English! Couldnt figure out if a room was occupied!!!! No point in having the kiosk if there is still an employee in person….

It was clean and staff was friendly

Was disappointed the pool was not open. That was one reason I chose that hotel because website said pool was open. And the bed was a little hard for my comfort but it was manageable.

I have stayed here a lot and every time the room has been clean and the staff is great.
