Clean

No return calls from front desk manager when we were trying to get my 91 year old Dad's keys returned. One young man at front desk acknowledged they have our missing items...(with cash.) But no manager has called back to help us.

LOVED that there was NO carpet in the room!!!!❤️As you can see from pics, really nice, clean place. We only stayed 1 night, but will stay here from now on, as have family here. Stayed @ others before. Plenty of parking room. Easy to get too. Really reasonable price. Bed was comfortable. Had plenty of towels, etc. Shampoo,etc.. Nice blow dryer. Frig, microwave, iron, Kerig coffee maker,& good coffee pods. YES, let me tell you about the coffee maker!!! I ALWAYS check them out, most hotels I stay, I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole😝 But, this one was very clean! I would give them 10 stars just for that!!!!😇 Also loved that they had a big mirror in front of sink, & also a long mirror too. That's a plus too!!! Also liked that toilet/shower was separate from sink( when there are 2 of you, it works better.) Very Pleased!

No elevator, but not a deal breaker.

"The only good thing was the bed"

The breakfast was very poor

The room was not very clean, there was dirt in all the corners. The floor wasn't fastened down made noise when you walked across it. And the room had a funny smell.

We enjoyed our room. Very clean. The beds were wonderful. The mattresses seemed pretty new. The housekeepers were friendly and helpful.

The reason we chose this hotel was for the outdoor pool. The pool was never open during out 9 day stay. Front desk could never give us a reason. Told two days in a row, pool would open tomorrow. Then we're told maintenance. We were stuck for 9 hot days with no pool. You can't cancel once you book with booking.com. Not happy there was nothing posted on website that the pool was closed!
