"TRASH BEWARE!!!"

I requested late check in in. I drove all the way from Florida with a newborn. When I arrived they cancelled my reservation even tho it was booked for 2 days and my credit card on file. I was stuck outside in 40 degree weather with no place to stay. The Indian man at the front was clueless and didn’t help a bit. This place Sucksss!!! And very dirty

"I mean overall I guess it was fine other than what I've already stated"

The location was good but when I checked in the gentleman on the night shift told me the wrong time for the breakfast so I didn't get any breakfast.

The refrigerator didn't work and the TV wouldn't pick up no channels then there was drinks spllled in the floor that hadn't been cleaned up

The bed was good and soft.

My toilet 🚽 didn't have a🚽 toilet seat. I had to go buy one at Family Dollar and it cost me $21 also my son left a B. B. Pistol in our room, when I return to get it they said it was turned in to the police. I called the police department and they said since it was only a BB gun they would leave it with the manager in case I came back to get it. So someone needs to repay me

This place is a dump. DO NOT STAY HERE! No hairdryer, no coffee with breakfast, unresponsive front desk— not present when I arrived. He was waiting in his car…. Not sure why.

"Stay somewhere else"

Check in went well. Room was clean.

Parking lot was sketchy with homeless camps on one end. Grounds were dirty. Noisy all night long. No coffee maker in room. Bed was terrible.
