Quality Inn Gastonia East

The location

The motel was run down, needed maintenance everywhere. At first glance , the room and the beds appeared clean and tidy. The fridge has something brown and nasty in the bottom. The floors were not clean. We stayed in room 204. Reviews had been less than decent, even specifying the issues for that room. The manager repeating the same response over and over to each review... The door had sunlight coming thru at the bottom and side, the bathroom floor was spongy and sunken. When you stepped on the flooring water squished out. The toilet seat was broken. The phone in the room was not connected. People were hanging out in the walkway, drinking and smoking. On more than one occasion. The "continental breakfast" was wpackaged muffins and croissants and only decaf coffee. I saw a person at the front desk only when we checked in. Not any other time. I did not feel safe at this location. Please take this motel off your site!!!!! The reviews i saw before booking were great, after i checked in , not so good.

These rooms need some major repairs or makeover. The only good thing i can say about this is the shower has some super strong water pressure.

My tv didn't work the whole night

Could've gave me a free night or took money off the next one

Parking was near to the room but the property needs to be upgraded
