Friendly staff.

Although rooms quite clean, outside trash receptacles overflowing, overall glass /window cleanliness really needs attention to make the overall cleanliness and appearance improve.

Rude staff, flying bugs in room, broken toilet seat, no drain in sink , cracked and broken tiles and stunk. Received no help from hotel staff or booking .com. Will Never use this site again.

"A major let down"

The location was easy access of the highway.

When I entered the foyer, there was a heavy cigarette smoke smell inside the hotel. A major detterant. I had a non smoking room, and could smell cigarette and marijuana smoke in the hallway, and my room. I chose not to extend my stay, and booked with another hotel.

"Nasty plane and simple"

Looked good from the outside but the rooms stunk and had pubic hair all in the bathroom. The covers were nasty and had burned spots on them. The walls had blood splattered on it. The room stunk so bad I used a bottle of spray and cologne to try to cover it up. My wife wanted to leave but they said since I booked it through a third party that I couldn’t get my money back. They can only give credit for a future stay. Hell no I won’t go back.
