I would like to report the driver of the shuttle service who transported my partner and me from the hotel to the airport. During the trip, the driver put our safety at risk on multiple occasions. While driving on the highway, the driver repeatedly took his attention off the road to pick something up from the floor, without paying attention to the traffic ahead. This behavior was extremely unsafe and created a dangerous situation for everyone in the vehicle. Additionally, near the airport, the driver skipped the airport access line on three separate occasions and cut in front of other vehicles, forcing his way into traffic instead of following the established rules. This reckless driving nearly caused an accident. I told the driver to “be careful”, but he continued driving in the same unsafe manner and repeated the behavior, again putting our lives at risk. Furthermore, before starting the shuttle service, the driver ate breakfast inside the van. While this itself was not a concern, what I found inappropriate was that after finishing, he turned his back to the hotel and left his garbage outside on the hotel property, as if it were a landfill. I believe this behavior reflects poorly on the professionalism expected from a transportation service provider. I am submitting this complaint because I believe this conduct is unsafe and unprofessional and should be addressed to prevent a serious accident or similar situations in the future.

Quite safe place to stay; very kind staff.

Very convenient location close to airport.

Great location for our needs. There was coffee and the room was super spacious.

One of the staff didn’t want to keep our bags for the day - only for half day. Even though the other staff had approved it the previous day. Not the cleanest
