USRooms were good and comfortable.
Asked for another towel and was asked to go down to get it. In my reservation said it was 4 of us and only had 3 towels in the room. Hallway’s carpet a little dirty. Shower has a lot of water pressure that actually hurts a little.

USI originally booked the reservation for the wrong day. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and switched our reservation atound.

Everything. The doorknob on our room was broken, I asked to be switch to another room but was told that they were at capacity. I asked for a refund but was told no. Since I already paid, we had no choice but to stay. Good thing I packed the door locker and was able to use it. The pool was okay, the kids enjoyed but the hot tub...my gosh. It was dirty and nasty. The water was murkey and there was a dead spider.
