I did not get her name but she came from California. She checked us in and was absolutely the best. Personable friendly and professional. I had called to let her know we would be late due to traffic trouble in Reno she said it would be no problem. It wasn't Thank you for having employees like her

The bed was comfortable but there was a terrible smell in our room. Mold and disinfectant mixed with air freshener. We had to leave the window open and it didn't help much. I would not stay here again.

Air conditioner sounded like a helicopter taking off every time the fan turned on. Breakfast was a let down. Nothing for low carb or protein.

Staff was nice, pretty clean over all, room ac worked really well, towels were surprisingly soft compared to what I expected.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 430, came down at 5, gravy for the biscuits was still cold. Pillows on the bed are tiny, like a couch pillow, so bad thay I would bring my own if I stayed there again. Bathroom door hit the toilet and had to pull hard to close it. The "clean remote" in the room is a hassle to use and cuts the functionality of the TV. If you're on the side of the hotel facing the highway, its super loud, and the curtains do a terrible job of blocking light. Seems overpriced(350 for 2 nights) based on the experience.

We payed for a room with two queens for the adults and three kids and they knocked us down to a single king and a rool away that was all springs. The bathroom door was broken. But the breakfast was good and the pool was nice. The front desk workers were kind as well
