The property was adequate and a good value.

The location. Walmart add everything I made and was right across the street.

The entire place was cold, like the heat was not turned on. There was no hot water. There was no plug in the bathtub to take a bath. The furniture was stained, the towels were stained. The room looked like it had not been cleaned other than making the bed. You could hear people walking up-and-down the steps all night and the door. Out of the top of the steps was slammed all night.Long staff was nowhere to be found

Terrible customer service!! Cost me an extra thirty, something for 2 extra people because it wasn't on my reservation..

Honestly, the people were super nice, place. Place was really dirty though and there was a hole in the wall in room 219 which is a little weird for me. I'm not used to holes in the wall, I'm guessing somebody fell out of bed, not sure how they got all the way to the wall but that's just what it looks like, it was fun to be there though, there was a cockroach in one of the rooms. We killed it. Hopefully management will take care of that. I'm deathly afraid of bugs. But that was pretty cool, I also thought that maybe we should have had a phone and like an iron in our room. But that's okay. We figured it out. My friend bought a steamer so I could steam my shirt so it didn't work out that I needed an iron, I'm also a little frustrated that the breakfast only had small waffles. I'm kind of a big waffle guy and there was only small waffles, I checked the milk to see if it was old but it wasn't. Overall I'd say we had a great stay. It was a little dirty in places and there was a Walmart cart that was tipped over outside of our room outside. But we looked past that to the outside world, I am super grateful for this place and the price. He's definitely right, these guys rock! Hope you all have a fantastic rest of your day. Frank

Old property bot was clean and mattress was good

Roaches in our room and a used bar of soap in shower like it wasn’t cleaned after the last guest.

Good room for the money.

.place was extremely accommodating and friendly….had a pet ( service ) and they were extremely understanding. I can’t say enuff About the staff and their cooperation and diffusing a delicate situation l. I recommend this place to anybody. I can’t wait to go back.
