West point inn and suites

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a little dated but clean. Breakfast was ok but no fruit just biscuits and gravy,cereal,waffles and yogurt nothing that stays with you. However that being said I would stay there again. The staff were friendly that is why I would stay there again

Staff is friendly & helpful. Beds & accommodations were comfortable and adequate.

Staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. There were stains on the floors and the toilet was loose at the floor and rocked back and forth.

Big chunk of hair was not cleaned out of the bathtub. Young children of staff were running around, yelling and screaming being very disruptive. Staff was busy with these kids instead of paying attention to needs of guests. I left an item in our room and when I called to ask if they could send it to me, I was told if I didn't drive back to collect it, it would just get thrown away.

The only thing that was lacking was breakfast. Gravy and biscuits were cold and OJ was warm

Front desk staff on check in was amazing and so helpful! When booking on hotels.com I chose a suite with a jacuzzi. When I arrived that was not the room I was given (plain suite). She did her best to fix it for me but both jacuzzi rooms were booked and she said that's not what room that the website booked for me. I am not happy as I booked that room on purpose as a treat for my daughter since the hotel doesn't have a pool. I put the blame on hotels.com, not the hotel itself as the staff did their best to accommodate, but I am not happy that I paid extra for something I did not receive.

Here with family for an exotic animal that is held here twice a year. I have stayed in this hotel at least once if not two times a year for the last four years. The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean. This hotel is plan Jane but a great place to lay your head.

Updated decor. Very friendly staff. They went out of their way to accommodate every request. Can't say enough about how great the front desk staff were.
