Reasonably quiet for bike week. Breakfast was greasy, we only ate one day of the 4 days we were there. Room was fairly clean with the exception of the bathroom. One wall had quite a bit of mold next to the shower and the phone cord was covered in filth. We were only in the room to sleep and shower so it didnt bother us too much.
The check in was easy and the host friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot.
