The room was clean and bed was comfortable but on January 20th the elevator malfunctioned and I was trapped inside for over 20 minutes. I finally had to force the doors open myself to squeeze out. The elevator remained out of service for all guests the rest of that day and part of the next day until they were able to get it repaired. I am deeply traumatized by this experience. I received no apology from management or any type of compensation as a result of this mishap. I travel to this location frequently for work but will not be staying at this hotel again.
USNice accommodations, clean, good breakfast! Last minute stop, took a chance, and it paid off. Ate at the Pine Tree Supper Club in town and had an excellent meal there. Would highly recommend a supper club if you’ve never tried one. There are several in the area!

USVery friendly, accommodating staff. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The lobby/breakfast area was very nice. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool or hot tub, so I can not comment on those. The breakfast offered was the usual. It was well stocked and good.

Nice clean property with a great location. Our room was clean, quiet, and well appointed for our stay. We liked having an elevator. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety to choose from. There are handicap parking spots. The pool looked nice and clean - other guests were using it. We didn't have the time to use it on this trip.
