Shower was dirty, door know didn’t lock walls were dirty

The room was very nice. The staff was friendly, but I could not quite understand what they were saying through their accent. The breakfast was unfortunately bare minimum. No hot foods. No yogurt. No fresh fruit. Just a few muffins and juice and awful tasting coffee.

We he e stayed here times before since my daughter goes to IUP. While those time it was ok and we just only slept there. This time same thing just slept there and they had bed bugs. I was itch the next day with red spots. I came home and went to doc and he confirm we they were bed bugs. I called and wanted to at least alert them that room 316 had bedbugs. I asked to speak with a manager because I told them that we had stayed there multiple times and this has never happened and I wanted to speak to somebody. My main concern was to make sure that they took care of it and no one else had the same experience I had no one has ever called.

We found bugs in the room and have multiple bug bites over any skin that was exposed. The breakfast choices were very minimal. And not enough outlets to plug in our handful of devices.

There was an issue with the clock radio and the front desk person offered to come to my room and address the problem. He fixed it the best he could. Wyndham has decided to save money they would only provide housekeeping to a room every 3 days. So if you are staying 3 nights or les, you will never receive any housekeeping.

The complimentary breakfast is a sham , no such thing . They only clean your room if you are booked for five days or more, The window blinds cannot close fully.

Sounded like someone tried to break into our room around 1am waking up every one in our room. At 5 am the batteries in the smoke detector died, so we had to endure an 2 hours of that lovely noise while we were getting ready to check out. No ice machine on our floor. Had to go all the way down to the lobby for ice.

Room smelled like smoke. Very loud. Unable to stay for breakfast as it didn’t start until 7 am.

The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in! Dirty, peeling, stained paint on the walls, filthy curtains, mold and dirt on walls! Cracked bathroom tiles, doorknobs hanging off in bathroom and shower curtain remounted with block of plywood and plaster that wasn't even repainted -- just patched. Headboards on the bed that were all cracked and peeling. The pics shown for the property look NOTHING like it does in person. To top it all off, woke up to COCKROACHES on our clothing. Complained to front desk to be told they couldn't do anything for me. Wrote to corporate and am waiting to hear back. For $180 for ONE night I would expect a heck of a lot better than this flea bag hotel. SHAME on Wyndham for calling this one of their properties. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! STAY AWAY.

When I got to my room there was a chicken nugget and plastic on the floor by the bed. The breakfast was not what I expected, there were two different kinds of cereal and muffins. I was under the impression that I would have been able to sit down to eat breakfast and it was more along the lines of a to go breakfast. Overall it was a pretty decent place.
