The place was filthy. Food crumbs on the nightstand. The fitted sheet was on backwards. The bathroom was disgusting. None of the receptacles worked. The breakfast was 2 cold cereal choices and juice. The carpet in the check in hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Absolutely disgusting

I thought I booked a smoking room but accidentally did not she said because it was a 3rd party she couldn’t change it but I’ve done it a couple times and I always book thru booking when I get a room
