People hanging out by back entry drinking all 3 nights we were there. Beer cans there for days. Garbage cans full. No breakfast ready on time last day

Our room used to be a smoking room. Room was marked non smoking. Smelled musty and like old smoke. Used to be a smoker so I know the smell. Went to breakfast at 730am (starts at 6am). No breakfast ready. Girl had been there all night and was trying to get the food out. She was very nice but I believe overworked.
