Econo Lodge Near Lackland Air Force Base-SeaWorld

I never expected a very comfortable stay at a place I always considered a very low budgeted hotel. I will never underestimate a hotel by its name or judge it based on its name. This Econo Lodge was not only economical but it gave me a comfort feeding as if I were at home.

Too many things were wrong with my stay to name.

Do not stay here. Hardly nothing worked in the hotel. They do not offer breakfast as advertised. Very sketchy outside. They also do not have infant cribs or elevators. The floors were nasty, our feet were black after about 5 mins of no shoes. Hair dryer didn’t work, outlets didn’t work, some light switches didn’t work. Save your money. DO NOT STAY HERE

We stayed in room 126 and 127. Both rooms stunk so bad. There was no smoke detectors in the room. The bathtubs were in horrible shape. The floors were disgusting and in room 127 there was a glob of hair stuck to the wall. Which I left there because I wasn’t touching. The bedding was literally a sheet to cover up with. We stayed out most of the time because it was just terrible. I will NEVER recommend anyone to stay there. Also the front desk clerk Vish made some perverted comments to my mom with my dad standing right there. Just rediculous.

There was stains on the sheets, it wasn’t swept properly, the towels were dirty in the bathroom. I wouldn’t stay here again, it was half cleaned.

Don’t like area

Area quiet during some time. And heavy traffic at night rooms looked clean but in reality supee dirty.

Extremely dirty when we walked in the room. Staff refused to assist or change the room. The pictures online must’ve been when it first opened because this place is run down. Never again!
