Our room was not the same as the advertised picture. The pullout couch was in a different room, so an adult slept on it. The mattress for that was thin as can be. The springs were also busting through the bottom and you could feel every wire in it. The door latch was broken and could not be locked. The room was non smoking but we could tell it had been a smoking room.

It was great location & bed was comfortable.

Clerk was EXTREMELY reude & loud at the beginning. Roaches were climbing on my bed. Fridge/ freezer was dirty Hair dryer didn't work. 2 lamps did not work, we even walked to the office & got another light bulb. Seen huge gopher rat soon as we pulled up & my daughter started panicking.

"RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF, INCONSIDERATE AND HATEFUL"

The room was spacious.

Rude front desk staff, inconsiderate about luggage and the patrons concerns, housekeeper language barrier that I spoke out about and was demonized for. Good bargain but waste of money to a family who owns the property but treats the guest like dogs. And the youngest woman in the front who was very disrespectful and obnoxious needs a course on customer service. She was horrific and I was sooo glad to leave. She even handed me a note one day instead of telling me the same crap I was told everyday about check out time like her mouth wasn’t working at the moments Totally ridiculous! I’m Not giving my money to people who disrespect me. The thought of it or the thinking I would is the real joke.

Daily Unacceptable unnecessary nagging phone calls hours before checkout, Constantly calling the room phone to wake me up and bug me about the same thing everyday while I’m recovering from daily chemo at Emory. Good bargain but waste of money to a family who owns the property but treats the guest like dogs. And the youngest woman in the front who was very disrespectful and obnoxious needs a course on customer service. She was horrific and I was sooo glad to leave.
