It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds are not bad but I'm not a fan of the hardwood floors it seemed louder than it needed to be.

No elevator was kind of a pain but ok I guess. The hardwood floors make it seem louder than necessary.

The coffee /chocolate n the lobby was good.

It would have been better if a microwave was available in the room and if my room was in the ground floor.
