I was in town for a busy weekend with friends, so we didn't need much besides a bed to sleep. That said, this hotel was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and the room and water temperatures were comfortable. I liked the location as it was easy to get to downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul from here. My only complaint would be that breakfast was subpar so we ended up eating out instead. But overall, this was a great place to stay and I would come back again.
You get what you paid for. Good for a couple of nights stay. Nothing flashy or fancy
Amazing staff easy check in quiet
We enjoyed our stay. Was very quiet. Was hard to find due to the construction around the hotel. Hopefully the construction will be done soon.
Bedding was not changed in room went to two other rooms they were the same finally had to get a set of bedding and change myself
I asked if they had a pool and they told me yes what they didn’t tell me is that it’s currently filled with furniture beds and other office supplies thank goodness for the Minnesota State fair seeing I traveled with my family for 10+ hours coming from Atlanta
Amazing staff always clean and quiet
The place was clean - bathroom, sheets, etc. Hallway carpet had some stains and two dehumidifiers. Hallway back door looked broken, it did lock however. One of the two beds had an indent as if an extremely heavy bowling ball had been there for a prolonged amount of time. The bed frames where a metal box type which bonged when you moved. It was quiet and we experienced no trouble, just some oddness.
Morning breakfast was very generic. No hot food.
