Staff was pleasant & facility was clean

This hotel really impressed me. The room is very spacious & clean, with full amenities . It even has an ironing board and more! I love the updated modern look. The linens and towels were clean. The shower head has multiple settings and bathroom was spacious. The king size bed is so clean and cozy the nice 55 inches TV is complete with very clean mini fridge, and microwave .They are definitely giving other hotels a run for their money that's for sure! I've tried Motel 6 hotels in other cities before,& the experiences weren't so great, so I was pleasantly surprised at the modern upscale elegance of this one. OH! They also have a fitness room, and Coffee 24 hours. Will definitely be staying again in future!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the place was spotless, and the price was more than fair. Plus, the location was perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Wonderful place in a small town! Totally worth it!

The staff was very friendly, and prompt taking care of us from start to finish! When we called, or requested something; like towels, we had them quickly.

After checking in, we tried to unload at the closest entrance to our room. All the good parking spots were already full, so it was difficult. There were several people surrounding the door smoking, who looked rough, and there were cigarette butts everywhere. The door was NOT LOCKED (not good), and once in the room, we couldn't lock our own sliding window?! Coming in and out for a week, this place honestly looked and seemed more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. Also, I truly think those people were the ones who got all the good parking spots, as those whooped cars never moved! The hotel was dirty inside and out, and smelled of smoke in the hall. Anyone we encountered NOT "living there" mentioned bringing in some LYSOL.Every crevice of every corner was full of debris. The hair dryer was filthy. The shower curtain could not be closed, and fell off the wall completely, the night before we checked out. Luckily I didn't fall out of the shower trying to save it, and didn't get cut from it's sharp edges. Though it's location by the fairgrounds is awesome, we simply can't stomach ever coming back. We dropped $600 on this place, because they were the only place accepting pets; and we were in a pinch, having to be here for work. The staff was great. I just don't get how they can think it's ok to sell these terrible rooms there day after day for these room rates?

No one spoke English. Mold on the shower curtain. We bought a new shower curtain, Dirty bathroom.

The room was comfortable and clean. Clean towels were provided daily without having to ask. The coffee area was not stocked with condiments and the lids did not fit the cups. Also for safety purposes, I would like to have seen the side entrances only available to card holders for entry and also ground floor windows locked. We found out ours was unlocked as we were checking out.
