Me and my family stayed a week. We found the staff very friendly. Hotel room clean a bit outdated but a fair price. Double rooms big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Only complaint not enough towels.

Old beds still living in the 60s

First off the Employee/owner/manager Vijay is the rudest person I've ever encountered. He was only semi nice when he charged my credit card and took my cash in error(which i have not received back) they put me and my boyfriend in a room that was suppose to be nonsmoking and it smelled so bad and then we had toilet issues from day 1, i asked to be moved and they just told me they would send maintenance, he snaked the toilet the first night& second night which is a Friday i bring my kids to stay because my job has me working a lot of over time and Vijay says to me oh are those your kids i say yes and i think everything is fine. I also purchased a $5 premium internet that never worked even after calling the customer care number( i would like my money back. And we also complained about the toilet this night as well and they just handed me a plunger through the door. still wouldn't move us next night i get off at 7 am from working 16 hours my finance was headed out the door to go smoke and Vijay aggressively walks up to him and asks where the lady.. well i was in the room trying to sleep. i got up to go pay for my last night there and he rudely ask how many people are in the room and i reply 4 he says no they are 4 adults which it was only 2 i have 2 teenage boys that don't look the least bit grown 14&16 and i tell him ill bring them up to show he cusses me and tells me to get out his hotel. I am calling Wyndham to see about a refund because we didn't have a working toilet the entire stay and i still have pending charges and i paid them cash. also bring exact change cause they round up on your stay instead of giving you your change. He said he owns a microtel in college park and a property in stockbridge i would never spend another penny with him. the rooms are very poor quality and he harasses paying guest instead of the prostitutes and drug addicts he has hanging around his property. they own that motel 6 next to them as well. They need to be shut down the room smelled like mildew and the sofa pull out did as well towels were all stained and housekeeping knocks on everyone's door between 9-10am when check out is not til 11.

Rooms was disgusting and unclean would not stay there again

Rooms need to be updated, spiders, cobwebs.

Pro— free parking, didn’t see any bugs. Shower was hot. Cons—This is a $40 hotel experience you pay $80 for. We were sent to someone else’s room upon check-in, swang the door open and then apologized profusely to the couple inside and closed it back. Then we were moved rooms (I believe they used the parking lot camera to determine which curtains are closed and assign a room from there). One bed had bloodstains on the sheets, and it looked like someone had gotten in with their shoes on and no one washed the sheets afterward. Both beds were covered in hair, so we picked the one that wasn’t bloody and picked all the hairs off. The pillowcases had a mix of hairs, stains, and dirt that did very well under T-shirts we had packed. The room smelled like the no smoking sign was interpreted more as a suggestion than a rule. Mold was on the walls and something mysterious and fuzzy on the AC unit. The highway sound was roaring, but so were many of the other customers around 4am. (Good for them— I had a hard enough time convincing myself to get down to the shower shoes long enough to wash the sheets off in the morning.) We bolted and barricaded the doors in case anyone was mistakenly given a key to our room and left early.

We liked the flat screen tv, enough cleans towels and the sink area looked nice. The person at the front desk were ok. We only talked once. The bad room and the room looked outdated. The drainage in the tub were clog or something. The bed sheets were dirty in both of the beds, all the walls were dirty, dirty baseboards, dirty floors, dirty fridge, dirty microwave. The air conditioning were so dirty that it kept throwing little black thing the whole time. The door had somebody else’s children heights written with pencil. There was a strong chemical and smoke scent when we arrived our clothes end up smelling bad. The location of the motel is a little sketchy. If you are looking a cheap place to sleep, this place will be fine. Just remember to bring your own bed sheets, just in case, and keep your shoes on the whole time. It is right by the highway.
