There was a constant noise in the room; appeared to come from the refrigerator. The breakfast food was misleading. Hardly anything there. Shouldn't advertise that you have a continental breakfast. Also, when I checked in, I asked if I could have a ground floor room. The person behind the desk told me all the rooms on the ground floor were taken. After dinner (approx 7:00 PM) when we returned to our room, the parking lot wasn't even 1/3 full. This morning when we left at 6:00 A.M, the parking lot wasn't even 1/2 full. I don't appreciate this type of service that the desk clerk could purposely misrepresent the availability of the lower floor rooms. I will not stay at this hotel anywhere.

"The bed was clean."

The breakfast area was substandard. Top of garage can was filthy old food on it.Look like it had been there for days. The condement ( salt and pepper) had dirt in the bottom of it. If I were a betting person, it hadn't been clean for mouths.

We had a pleasant stay for one night. Close to the downtown Mardi Gras activites. Check was easy. We only had 2 towels, would have been nice if they had 4 in the room for us. We never asked for anymore either, we just made do. The room could use a good deep clean.
