"Good"

The person at the desk was nice but the property was not in great shape. There was a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door....that's to the outside :( . Bathroom was ok but the floors were pretty dirty.....we walked around in bare feet at first and got filthy. The entrance areas were all messed up....HUGE holes and dangerous. Unfortunately a BMW M3 was robbed overnight and cops had to come investigate. I was offered a refund and could look for another place to stay but there was absolutely nothing in the area because of festival. Staff was nice for the most part.

"Decent place to crash."

It was a good stay for the price and I would stay there again as I have before. The only complaint would be that both times I stayed there the Orange juice machine only produced water with a light orange odor.

We had a wedding in town and stayed here. The price was great! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Not only were we satisfied with our stay, but I accidentally left behind a sentimental necklace that Patrick made sure I got back. Thank you so much! Would recommend it.

"Overnight Stay"

Nice place for an overnight stay. Room was clean and presentable. Nice location. Check in and check out was painless . Plenty of parking at this location . Close to food , drink and gas ………………………………………Probably would stay here again if in the area .

If you are looking for a quiet peaceful little mountain getaway this is a wonderful spot the staff is super friendly and helpful the location is very convenient to town for food And shopping also located close to Asheville Nc and The Biltmore house this is a wonderful place to stay....We will definitely stay here next time we are in town..

This property had the cleanest bathroom floors i have ever seen in a hotel. The entire room was clean. I had a washing machine problem and the owner ended up taking it and washing and drying it for me. Awesome service. Going outside was a little offputting but it was fine.
