Motel 6 Pensacola, FL - NAS

A little run down, but clean.

It’s not a terrible place. It’s definitely not the cleanest in the world; dirty walls and floors, rotten floors in the bathroom, cigarette burns in the tub and on the comforter. You could tell someone had smoked a bunch of cigarettes in our room before us. It’s fairly quiet though and the AC works great, as well as the hot water. A decent enough place if you need somewhere to sleep and shower for the night.

Room was not clean. Sheets were not changed. Bugs on the floor. Couldn’t take your shoes off. Toilet and shower were not clean and there was thesis and dried up toilet paper all over the toilet-plunger beside the toilet. Sleeping in my car was a better choice.

Room was ok, staff was rushing me to check out i didn’t like that, but the guy at the front desk was nice , the pool wasn’t open which was disappointing

This was close to NAS Pensacola . We found everything close by.

The room was ok, but the a/c was dirty and made the room smell like mold. I bought some Lysol and sprayed a/c and the room. ..

Hotel is ok, staff was great!

Cleanliness and promptly great customer service.

Terrible.. we ended up going somewhere else!

I arrived at about 10:00PM and there was a sign that said the doors are locked at night, I needed to go to the side window. I did so and the clerk was polite. I asked if the neighborhood was really so dangerous that they had to lock the doors at night and he said he thought it started with Covid. Whatever. He gave me a room keycard. He also told me that they would charge an extra $50 that would go back on my card after 5 business days if I didn't use any incidentals. Five days is much too long and $50 is too much. I drove over to my room and saw litter all over the parking lot, including take out food boxes and cups. I normally keep a handgun in my glove box, but I decided to bring it in with me in case my car was broken into or, worse, my room was. Inside the room, everything was very old. Furniture was nicked and stained and there was a musty smell. It was cold and I could not make the heat go above 67 degrees. There were no spare blankets and the one on the bed was thin. There was a refrigerator that made annoying noises all night. The sheets and bathroom were basically clean but there were some mosquitoes in the room. Had I not been so tired from driving all day I would have changed to the Holiday Inn a bit down the street. I booked this place because I was going to be there for 9 hours and all I needed was a bed and shower. I figured I would save a few bucks but this place was not worth the $101 ($80 plus taxes) I paid. The morning clerk was polite.
