Americas Best Value Inn Apache Junction

Great for a quick late check-in, early check-out stay. Large room. Comfortable bed. Little dated, but far enough off the freeway to be quiet.

The staff was very nice. Great to have a mini-fridge and a microwave. The air conditioner worked well in the room and there were black-out curtains. The TV and internet worked well. There was also a desk and a small booth with a table and 1 chair. Plenty of space to eat. The lobby was clean and they offered coffee. They also had many refrigerated machines for snacks and quick bites and an Ice Machine. Primarily, we went to hike and go to attractions in Apache Junction. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do.

The rooms were bare-bones. No pictures on the walls, no bedspread, no frills but relatively comfortable. Gave us three very flat pillows and the blanket was very thin. Some of the laminate flooring was broken. There were six hangers in total, no chest of drawers (however there were 3 shelves to stack clothes and also each side of the bed had a stand with 1 shelf. We were there for 3 nights, however, our room was never made up. They did come by to see if we needed any extra towels or supplies etc. and the ladies were very nice. The policy for Room Cleanup/Towel Exchange was not posted any place and there were not any "Do not Disturb Signs" or "Maid Service" signs to hang on the doors. This being Spring Time, (a popular time) the price was a bit high - a little over $400.00 for 3 nights, however, it was worth it to be close to everything.

Because the man in the other room paid 595 a week and we paid 3x more.

The price was different for other customer per week we paid 2x more.

Good hotel for 1-3 nights. Comfortable beds, big room, clean pool and wonderful hotel spa. Location is excellent, near hiking trails, ghost town.

No breakfast.

The pictures online are no where close to what it looks like at all and the area of town sucks

Very little. I was shocked at the quality of the room facilities as compared to other America's Best Vale Inns I hand stayed in across the country.

I purchased two nights in the deluxe king suite based on photos and facilities listed. Pictures showed two TV's: one in bedroom, one in living room. No TV in living room. So using the sofa to lounge, relax, and watch tv was impossible. Furniture was old. One wokd and steel chair for sitting. Two small half round tables. No drawer furniture to put clothes in, so had to live out of suitcases. Literally had Motel 6 soap (in Motel 6 packaging). The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. I cannot believe I paid extra... all lot extra... for this. Never again.
