"Needs a Refresh"

Small, cramped rooms with dark and dated furniture and fixtures - it's depressing. Wi-fi signal was very poor. The cost of the room was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the quality; it cost more than some very nice hotels I've stayed at, and this hotel feels low-budget and a little run down. On a positive note: the staff at the front desk and housekeeping were kind and efficient; fairly clean; the gym is adequate; and it is close to lots of shopping. But overall - not great; I will not stay here again.

Wi-Fi was a myth. We could never get online from our room - from laptop or ipad. The business center computer could sometimes get wi-fi, but the security system was too complicated and ejected users between sites -- not handy. TV placement was ludicrous -- full visibility only from the bar sink.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Best Western Plus in Farmington. From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The manager stood out in particular—super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area, giving us great tips on places to explore nearby. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable—probably the cleanest we've stayed in for a long time. Our kids had an absolute blast in the swimming pool, and my wife and I really enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub after a long day. It was the perfect setup for a family trip. Breakfast was hands down one of the best parts of our stay. It was different every day, and everything was fresh and delicious. The highlight? The green chile—it added the perfect New Mexico flavor to the meal!I saw a few negative reviews before our visit, but honestly, I think some people just love to complain. Based on our experience, those complaints say more about them than the hotel. If you're looking for a clean, friendly, and comfortable place to stay in Farmington, I highly recommend this hotel. We’ll definitely be back!
