"I would stay here again if need to be in the area."

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for our trip.

The elevator was out of order. The woman working at the counter was indifferent at best.

The staff were cheerful, kind and helpful.

The room was not pleasant...it had a unpleasant odor. The room was not very clean. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were like little square bricks.

Nice location right off the interstate. Really nice guy that checked us in. Clean room.

When we went outside in the evening, there was a guy stumbling around and he screamed who knows what. But he scared me so bad I went back in the building.

Comfortable beds. Plenty of coffee. Breakfast was good.

Rooms could use some updates and security lock on outside entryway should have key card access only. It hasn't got one. Anyone can get into the hallways.

Facilities have been updated. Beds were comfy.was very clean and in good repair. (compared to prior visits)

TV was damaged with a line in the screen. Not a big deal for me, but it could be for someone else. Notified the front desk for preexisting damage and was brushed off so I made sure to document it with video just in case. Other than that, it was decent.
