Price. Staff was pleasant.

The TV remote duct tape that holds the batteries in the remote needs to be replaced. "Breakfast included" was 1 small waffle maker, a toaster with 2 slices of bread saran wrapped together, the bulk cereal dispenser, mini fridge, juice machine. It was poorly stocked.

The front desk people were nice and polite

The room floors were dirty, the shower handle was broken, the lamp by the beds was broken. Not anywhere to plug in a C-Pap or portable oxygen concentrator at night for sleeping. I had to go purchase thing just to use them while I stayed there. The night stand lamp was broken and that's was the only plug in by the beds.
