Being on a walker the whole staff was right there to help with anything I could need from opening doors in and out to showing me how to work the tv and bringing my luggage in and out, they were all so kind and polite! But we couldn’t find the pool?

The staff was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The room's Air Conditioner was very loud -and made a lot of noise- and then it sort of whined and sputtered each time it ended a cycle. The TV had operational issues. A staff member, Lee, kindly came up and spent about 20 minutes getting the TV to work. She couldn't do anything about the elevator-(but, it needed fixing and was going to report it to maintenance). The breakfast options were very nice. And the corn field surroundings were charming.

"Friendly, Helpful Staff"

This was my first trip to Jersey County., trying to get the Illinois Separation Referendum on the 2024 ballot in Jersey, Calhoun, and Greene Counties. The hotel desk clerk was very friendly, helpful, and encouraging. I SLEPT WELL, in spite of the memory foam type of bed. This seems to be the trend among hotels to have memory foam beds that don't seem to have any bounce to them. They ARE COMFORTABLE, but very hard to turn over in.
