Front desk lady was very rude. For a Hilton break off this place is nasty, carpets are 20 years old and looked like the belonged in circus circus in the 80's

Recently renovated to Hiton Spark. Nice update, no carpet in room, yay!! Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom!! I would stay again!!

Holly, mireya and the rest of the staff are wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend it here for anyone needing a good rest. The rooms were spacious and comfy.....and the locale is peaceful and quiet. Everything was prompt and the service was wonderful. Thank you guys.

The bedding and towels are newer and clean, the beds are comfortable. I think the staff members who clean the rooms are doing a great job considering what they're working with. Otherwise, this hotel is rundown and very overpriced. Nothing is being maintained. Grass isn't watered, weeds aren't pulled, dead trees and bushes are everywhere. The doors in the rooms have burn marks and holes, the curtains have rips and aren't hung properly. Picture hangers were on walls without pictures. The floor and table lamps are wobbly with dirty shades. This area has many hotels that are much cleaner and nicer and probably similarly priced.

This hotel definitely did not meet our standards, which aren't very high. There were beds to lay on at night, a fair bathroom, decent wifi and a functional treadmill. All other components were poor at best. The elevator was sketchy, the room doors were all different colors and in poor condition, the windows allowed all noise from the parking lot below to be heard, the walls were thin, the bathroom door was in poor condition, the breakfast was lacking. Most occupants seemed to reside at the hotel. It was very loud in the room in the evenings from the surrounding rooms and the parking lot. The curtains allowed tons of front lighting in. Overall, this hotel needs a major remodel to be competitive in today's market. i would not stay here again.

Comfy bed but noisy parking lot. Near a major highway, which was convenient, but it is one of the ones where they drag-race during the night. Also, garbage truck pickup at 4 AM was a wake-up call. Had to back up through the lot with its reverse beepers - very annoying. I felt generally safe but there were some interesting characters unloading a large panel truck very late at night. Laundry room at end of hall - you need 3.75 in quarters to wash and dry a load. I had to scrounge for that. No soap or softener available to purchase. Housekeeping was optional, which is fine with me. The shower floor creaked when you stepped in and around in it. Kind of unnerving. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was underwhelming, revolving around its self-cook waffles, which were very popular. Cereal and yogurt were the other choices. I had to cut short our stay and they were very accommodating about that, with a refund put back on my card very quickly. They just needed to know by 11 AM the day before you wanted to check out. The coffee machine in the room had a small tray to hold the coffee pod while it dripped through and ours was the wrong size. We fixed it by just setting it on top of the coffee cup and it dripped through. I could have asked someone to deal with it, but couldn't be bothered - just wanted to get out and about, and the downstairs coffee was better anyway. No safe in the room.

Most uncomfortable bed ever! The hotel is in need of some updating. It looks very worn. Things seemed clean, just very worn. The beds were bumpy and literally had a hole in the middle. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been in. I got very little sleep. Breakfast was waffles. No fruit, no eggs. Will never stay at Quality Inn again.

Check in was quick enough. I took the only clean room available at 4pm. The room had a strange chemical smell, that did not go away in the slightest during my two day stay. The comforter felt damp when I checked in, and it did not dry at all, so I did not use it. Otherwise, the room was adequate. Breakfast consisted of a small fruit selection or waffles, that's it. I opted to drive to McDonalds a few miles away. There are other hotel options around, I would choose one of them.

This hotel is showing it’s age. There are many places that need some love and attention. That being said, our room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The front staff was courteous enough. We were just looking for a place to sleep as we were driving through Denver so it fit our needs.
