Property is old and needs an update. No issues with it being clean.

It was ok.

ive stayed here before it needed upgrading yhen still does the manager did a great job and was clean just needs a facelift of some sought

Ok stay, clean, showing its age a bit, was good for the one night

Firstly, the property is NOT what is shown on the website. It was very difficult to find & in a rough looking neighborhood. It did not meet our expectations from the photos on the website. The lobby upholstered furniture was horribly stained and dirty. The ice machine also in the lobby was so loud you couldn’t talk of the phone. The entire lobby was filled with overwhelming cooking smells that permeated the rooms closest to the lobby. The room we reserved was shabby with drapery that hanging off the curtain rods & dirty. We asked to cancel or reservation refund our money. The manager gave me a # to call Expedia & tell you to call his hotel & cancel the reservation. I tried for over 1/2 hr to get thru but kept getting disconnect or told the booking was active & could not be cancelled at that time. The manager was very helpful but explained he could refund my credit card because of the way he was paid thru Expedia’s virtual credit card. Said he would do everything to contact Expedia and get my money & my reward credits refunded. Later that day, he called & said he was able to refund my money & I should received it in 7-10 days. I appreciate all the manager did to help us. Expedia however should physically check the hotels they are recommending so this doesn’t happen again.

Price to much for the amount of noise and funky smell in the room

The most scary and disgusting hotel ever. Expedia and any other site should completely remove this property from ever been use.

Didn’t even stay, the hotel was so gross looking we ended up staying down the street at a different hotel that was clean
