Nice hotel in one of the safer nicer parts of Windsor

Checked into a room that wasn’t cleaned up, washroom wasn’t flushed. It was very unwelcoming and the whole corridors had weed smell. Place seems like a place for pumps and hookers only. Made a massive mistake taking my family there.

Do not stay here. We were given a double instead if a queen. This is not acceptable to us. When I asked for an adjustment I was met with the rudest, most likely underage customer service person who did absolutely nothing. She was completely useless. The breakfast is disgusting. They lack all amenities. I wont be back to stay another awful night in a double bed. I would have went to gramma’s house if I wanted to sleep like a child. I want someone to call me back from this place!

We will never stay here again. They charged us for a queen and gave us a double. When we complained the smug customer service desk person could only recite her book says queen. This place needs to learn what customer service means. People don't have to tolerate not getting what they paid for.

We were given a room they claim is a queen. Its a full size mattress. This place is awful. They don’t care. The breakfast is shit. Its not worth the $100 a night if you cant even sleep in a regular bed. We will not be back. And they would not refund my price. So I slept in a full mattress and paid for a queen.

Goood price. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.
