Super 8 by Wyndham Ambassador Bridge Windsor ON

It was a nice stay however the bathroom had no heat and we froze using it in the middle of the night. We got bit up by some kind of spider with wings in the bed

Staff was nice

Jacuzzi was broken, tv was too far away from the bed, shower was too small, pillows were too small

The breakfast was just ok. The location was close to where I had to go so that is why i picked it.

Location is handy, of course. Prices were cheaper than other options around. We booked here for those two reasons plus the fact that a king suite room was available (our toddler slept between us in a King bed as a crib option was not available).

Reception employee waited to acknowledge me waiting at the desk for check in and then somehow messed up my booking or account - tried to tell me twice that my credit card was maxed out (I logged in on my phone on the spot to see over 9k available), then asked if my credit card ended in some numbers - turns out he didn't even have my credit card number right (even though I complete the pre-check in information which included this!). At the end, it was so late and I had a tired and hungry toddler needing some stability/regulation, so I was charged an additional few dollars even though I paid in full before hand via Booking.com, and was not given a receipt for this. Breakfast was basic, as expected, but no milk alternatives for coffee, no peanut butter for toast, and no high chair available for toddler. The king bed was a not true sized king bed, it appeared to be two singles pushed together instead of two doubles.

Bed comfortable. Close to restaurants

Sofa was filthy. All ByBathroom sink and area around the toilet filthy. Carpet needed cleaning
