Super 8 by Wyndham Madison/Ridgeland Area

This property is awful! The property was located off the highway and when we pulled in the parking lot it was practically empty. I should have known then that the room would be disgustig. Upon checking into the room I immediately saw the dirty bed linens, disgusting couch and sloppy house keeping. I didn’t want to stay in the room but I was exhausted. Then I noticed a bed bug and that was it. I left and returned the keys to the office. I told the desk clerk I wanted to speak to the manager and I wanted my money back . She said he wasn’t there and I’d have to call the next day. Needless to say after attempts to contact the manager and even filing a complaint with Expedia they still won’t refund muy money. Completely unacceptable and the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The room was clean and we rested well.

This is an older property, but it was clean, and the owners are trying to update it. The biggest complaint I had was the lock on the inside of our door was broke, so safety for someone traveling alone is a concern.

While checking in I asked if they had a hot tub and pool. The clerk (clearly a trainee) kept nodding and saying yes, yes, yes. After asking for a first floor room (I have trouble with stairs)he gave me a 2nd floor room. He fixed that and gave me a room around back. I didn't see a pool so I went back to the office to ask where it was. Now it's no, no, no pool. After checking the room they did ( I hope) give me a refund. Too much hoopla after driving all day.

Motel close to my meetings, staff courteous and helpful. Continental breakfast was very small.

This is a basic hotel. Friendly staff,fairly clean and economical. We skipped breakfast, as there wasnt much offered...it is,a,bit noisy with people checking on late and their children running up and down the walkway as well as interstate traffic close by. But all in all,good value.

It was fine heater wasn't digital so it was a little cold. Front desk staff came to look at it and that's it. Other than that we were chilled

The room was descent for what paid. There was a kind of funky smell but clean looking...The bathroom had mole above the shower..all the way round the wall...i didn't report it because I know they already knew...

No frills. Clean, comfortable room. Good continental breakfast.
