Super 8 by Wyndham Redmond

Location was good, hotel was clean, bed was surprisingly comfortable. No real complaints. Kids loved the pancake machine!

Our rooms smelled funny. Sort of mildewy. Flooring was very old although seemed clean. I had to swap light bulbs in my room to get my reading light to work.

Good location ,, close to the fairgrounds , clean and front deck staff was excellent!

Carpets a bit dated and need replaced

Great location. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

Beds are hard as a board. Floors had not been vacuumed in a LOOOONG time, tons of dust on the carpet around and under the beds. Breakfast was mediocre. Lots of broken or cobbled-together aspects of the building.

The location was good.

The parking was insufficient. Not enough parking. The bathroom fan was noisy. We used our own night light and then forgot it at the property in room 118. Bed was too hard.

What was exceptional is the staff. Ashley and Jeniffer were stand outs. I have not had this type of customer experience in years. their rapport and helpfulness was the best I've experienced. It made me rebook with them. The shuttling to the airport was very helpful and part of my first reason that I chose this location but I returned there in a couple days to finish my trip to go back home and went back because of the staff.

I think having a little more comfortable chair in the room so that I could read more comfortably would have been nice.
