Sauk River Inn & Suites, a Travelodge by Wyndham

The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean and the facility seemed like a nice location very central to where I needed to be when I was in town.

There is no breakfast at 7 o’clock in the morning I mean the only thing they had was something that looked like fruit loops, but there was no coffee cups for the coffee and nothing more and I don’t mind it being a pet friendly facility, but the staff should or somebody should have guest talk to when their dogs are literally barking All night when you’re trying to get rest, wasn’t able to fall asleep till 3 o’clock in the morning when the dogs finally calm down or the owners took them out for a walk I don’t know, but does not make for a restful night

We had a wonderful time. The room was clean, and smelled clean and fresh ..the window was open. Excellent weather that day. Pool was open till 11pm. The bottom of the pool was nice and clean. Water so clear and warm. Oh so nice! There were plants lined up against the window sill living their best life. Hallway and other guests were quiet. No screaming in the hallways. The keys worked the first time. So nice for a change. Breakfast was fresh. Hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee and such. We slept great. Little hard for the beds. But very nice. Check in and check out was seamless.

The only thing catering for those with a handicap was wider doors to allow for wheelchairs. No bars in the bathroom to assist with leverage of safety, How anyone needing a wheelchair could use the bath without any bars to hold onto boggles the mind

The bed was really terrible.

We took pictures because it was so bad. There was a hole in the ceiling, smoke detector covered in a plastic bag, broken lamps with pieces on the floor. Room smelled like smoke. Red splatter on the walls, phone, floor. Honestly the most disgusting and unsafe room we have ever been in.

A very old motel. Friendly check in, clean room, terrible bed mattress extremely loud air conditioner. Floors were very sticky, but perhaps because of humidity. Sheets paper, thin as well as the towels, but did their job.

Sheets had to be changed, they were stained when we entered the room. Front desk employee was always on the phone. Working on a room close by into the night so it was noisy.

It was a continental breakfast so there wasn't much to expect from it.

The hard boiled eggs in the mini fridge looked old. There was no water (only hot water) in the breakfast room.
