Nice and quite

Stayed at this property in April - it is no better. 1) Loose toilet seat. 2) They advertise breakfast - there is none offered. They told me to go next door, but that place offered no free or even discounted breakfast. 3) I'll not make this mistake again.

No breakfast available, no staff at desk to check out even after ringing bell. Room was dirty, bathroom door didn’t shut.

Shower leak with water in floor next morning floor was fruity and dirty furniture rundown and soiled clock didn’t work hairdryer cord grimey and aged advertised breakfast to go but staff said they did not offer breakfast requested non smoking room but last minute call from motel that our non smoking room was not available due to ‘an incident’ the blanket under bedspread had burn holes and very used clerk could not print off a receipt and said she would email but did not receive even later at another request for receipt paid way too much for what we got will not use this motel in the future

Very clean and comfortable. Advertised as having a free breakfast included with stay, but, there was no breakfast provided.

Okay hotel but no breakfast

Nothing interesting or unique. Marginal cleanliness, somewhat dated and in need of upgrading. Lack of a simple breakfast (no excuse why not), not even coffed, was disappointing. The restaurant across the street was a savings (extra cost).

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was infested with bed bugs. ive used half a tube of cortisone cream

The property is located in a rural area. However it was located within walking distance to some commercial businesses. The front desk was extremely friendly and professional. The gentleman who checked me in recommended some places to eat and because there was no elevator He carried my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I just want to say I am grateful for the excellent service I received in Whiteville TN. After checking out and being on my way to another state I thought I had left my medication case. The front desk staff eagerly went to my room to check to see if I left it there and they even called the person who cleaned the room to ask if they had seen it. Again they went above and beyond the call of duty. Their small town hospitality was a great quality priceless. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
