Perfect place with the perfect staff and perfect location loved everything about the time I have spent here for the past year

Only the location.

We did not like anything. We had a reservation and were given the only room available...a handicap room behind the stairs. So everytime someone came into the building and by the stairs our dog started barking. and yes we paid a pet fee. The shower flooded the bathroom as its floor was not angled toward the drain. The room's refrigerator had a bottle in it left from the prior occupant. The wall a/c vents were blocked by the drapes (which could not be held back) diverting the air up behind the drapes towards the window. The shower floor was dirty and had what looked like mold. The pillows were old and lumpy. The desk had a chair wedged under it. And the ice bucket (and plastic bag) leaked causing my phone and car key to be soaked. And the bathroom door was damaged so it would not stay closed. Lastly the "breakfast" was a dispenser for coffee and juice and a plastic wrapped danish along with an apple or a banana
