The manager ! He’s very polite !!

The cock roach’s and the second shift ladie Corey she was very rude and the heater in the room didn’t work had to buy my own and when said something about it they literally tried moving us from a king to another small king room and then on top of that I pay almost 600$ a week here an a fifty dollar deposit

"I wondered why their parking lot didn’t have many cars in it well now Iknow"

It was close to where I needed to be.

Multiple guests complained of toilet problems. Room had no heating. Stay was 6 days and had to constantly ask for towels and supplies as they never came to clean the room. Tiles on the floor were loose in the bathroom. And why would you plug the refrigerator in to an outlet that turned off when the lights went off. I only tried the breakfast one time and that was enough for me. They advertised the indoor pool yet when we get there it was closed for repairs. You think that would have been listed in their listing. I think next time I’m going to choose the further away hotel and pay a little more
