The truth is that this hotel already needs a complete remodeling in everything

The Lady that cleans and worked night/evening was very professional. But my card was charged 9 times 2 times for the amount of the booking.

Multiple charges to my card, swimming pool broken, other advertised amenities did not exist, air conditioner fan did not blow air but extremely low.

Clerk was very helpful

Kleenex was empty with barely enough toilet paper. One light wasn’t working but came on when wiggled the cord in the morning. Bathtub wasn’t clean. While breakfast could have been less, it was very limited

Convenient location. Good price. Elevator out of service, pool out of commission and smoke detector in room not operational.

Check in was quick and the receptionist was nice and helpful. Bathroom was a little run down but the bed was clean and comfortable with a good working A/C unit. Was cheap and I only needed to stay one night so suited my needs well.

Stunk really bad

Pool & elevator out of order, side entrance door broke, handle replaced with string. Found bugs in room, 2nd room had prior water leak from above, with mold growing on ceiling. Pool and elevator reviews state they haven't been functioning in YEARS..completely unacceptable.

Upon arrival there was a sign posted on the door that the pool was currently out of service, which was no big deal as we weren’t planning to use the pool. But then the elevator was also out of order and the side entry door was broke with weed whacker type string used in place of a handle. Upon entry in the room my husband saw some sort of bug on the TV stand scurry up and behind. He pulled out the furniture to see if we could determine what type of bug, but couldn’t find the bug, only all sorts of food debris that had been there for quite some time. Asked to move to another room. My husband checked that room before the rest of us entered. Bathroom had evidence of leak from above with mold growing. Night security door latch was broke/missing. Overall appears as not well maintained. Noticed quite a few people hanging out with staff; almost like they were either living there or just visiting employees but who does that at a hotel? Definitely wood not return.
