Very disappointed

Clean and quiet. Room was spacious, with fridge, microwave, coffee machine. There was a table with 2 chairs in the room. Breakfast available.

Breakfast too simple, with waffles but no other choices of food.

The cleaning conditions of the room were good. The room was not small. The hot water came out well.

The front service was really the worst. He even seemed to be in a state of mind. I was about to arrive at the hotel and check in, and he repeatedly asked me what my room number was. And at 8 a.m., I went to the lobby for breakfast served by the hotel, and there were no fruits or even coffee. Nevertheless, there was no one at the front desk, and the lack of food and coffee was not replenished. And the pillow of the bed was so high that my neck was very uncomfortable.

Clean and comfortable easy to find good locations

The fridge didn't pick, the maid didn't know we had not checked out. The breakfast went down about 9:15 am no coffee, no apple or orange juice, very little milk left. Only oatmeal and waffles. No one at the desk to ask. Check out no one in the office again.

Cleanliness of room and the breakfast

Rudeness during check in; we received an email confirmation of a ground floor room. At arrival, no ground floor available. My husband struggled up a flight of stairs, no elevator, with his cane and some light luggage. I carried the rest! The area, very sketchy with notices everywhere that they were not responsible for theft or damage of any kind. Park at your own risk! Didn't instill a sense of safety. Homeless walking around, asking for money.

It’s easy fast and everything works okay.
