I liked the pool, in the receptionist when I checked in at 4pm was very nice in welcoming.

I didn't like the receptionist that came in during the shift of 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. He was very rude. And same like you didn't like his job. Breakfast you guys need to have bacon and not them dry biscuits.

Checked in had requested ground floor was put upstairs was told when I checked that none of their rooms with two beds were ground floor was never told about a $20 per pet per night fee. The front desk guy was very rude and and called my friend a liar. I do not suggest this place to anybody.

Did NOT get a reclining chair which was requested!!! I booked the exact room at Super 8 in Rochester and had a recliner. I sleep in a recliner so it is VERY important I have one!!!
