My partner and I live in diferent states. We like to meet ,midway in the Mason City-Clear Lake area. We usually stay in CL but gave Mason City a try as we had plans in that community. We don't spend a lot on hotels so we don't expect a lot. We were very pleasantly surprised with a very clean and comfortable stay. Staff was very nice.

The only thing we didn't like was the coffee machine in the lobby. terrible coffee!

The worker was friendly

It was filthy and disgusting. There was dog hair all over the bed, hair of some sort all over the bath tub. It smelt awful and the floors and walls were absolutely filthy.
